Rent is inclusive of all bills - council tax, water, electric, gas, Sky TV and broadband connection and TV licence for main house TV.

Close to the house are a wide range of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a 24/7 Fitness gym. There are also two local parks - with Lightwoods Park just 50 metres away.

Excellent bus services into Birmingham city centre. Buses run every 5 minutes into town and take 15 minutes at off-peak times and 25 minutes at rush hour to get into town. Nightbus service runs until 1am

Would suit young professional aged 24 to 35 (sorry no students or DSS please. Non-smokers only).

Minimum contract term is 6 months.
