•⁠ ⁠We’re looking for a house mate in our beautiful house in Little Venice. The house is set over three floors and is situated on a quiet road 1 minute walk from Warwick Avenue Station and the double bedroom looks over the beautiful Clifton Nurseries

•⁠ ⁠We are a friendly young couple looking for a housemate whose lifestyle aligns with ours. The ideal candidate is someone who doesn't work from home and frequently spends weekends or time out of London. We have reflected this in the below market price. Unfortunately this is a sticking point for us, so please do only reach out if this is reflective of your requirements

•⁠ ⁠The house is situated over three floors, the double room is large and comes with its own bathroom on the floor below. There is also a private garden to the rear of the property which can be entered through the dining room area

•⁠ The house has great transport links: we are a 1 minute walk from the Bakerloo Line and an 8 minute walk from Paddington. 10 minutes from Central London and < 30 minutes from the City

•⁠ ⁠Rent is £1400 per month which is inclusive of bills (Gas/ Elec/ Wi-Fi/ Council Tax). Unfortunately we are not able to move on price, so kindly only enquire if the rent is at the right price for you

•⁠ ⁠We have a cleaner that comes on a weekly basis which is to be paid separately (£85 per month) from the rent
