Hi, I’m a professional living on my own in a 2 bed flat but looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom for a few days a week/mon - Fri.

It’s a double bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed (with gas lift frame for storage underneath), high townhouse ceilings and space for a desk if you need.

All bills included. There is parking outside which you can get a permit for. Or there’s pay per day parking

Queen’s Park station is zone 2 with underground and overground lines. Bakerloo is the underground. It takes about 15 mins to get into central London with no changes and 25 mins to Liverpool Street on the Elizabeth line - so very good for transport.
