Looking for someone to replace my lovely flatmate who is moving with her boyfriend in July.

Room is a cosy double in a large 2 bed period property located near to Hove station and the sea. Its situated on a beautiful tree lined street, permit parking available with no waiting list. Room is unfurnished but the rest of the flat comes with furniture.

You'd be sharing with me. I'm a 31y project manger and researcher who enjoys cooking, yoga and sea swims. I'm fairly easy going but I like to treat the flat as my home and maintain a calming tidy space. Friends and family always welcome but this isn't a party flat. I enjoy my own space but equally would like to find some one who is up for a chat, wine and the occasional dinner together.

Looking for a full-time working professional who has a similar Mon-Fri 9-5 work pattern as myself and preferably spends at least a couple of days a week in the office. Prefer someone in the 28-38 age range.
