I am looking for a temporary lodger/flatmate to share my two double bedroom flat (Tax band B) in a tranquil area near Palmeira Square. The stay is flexible, starting at one month and extendable until November 2024.

The room is a bright, good-sized double with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a clothes rack, a bedside table with drawers, and space for a desk. You won't need to bring anything but your clothes and books.

I work from home full-time Monday to Friday, using the living room during my 9 to 5. Ideally, I would prefer someone who works full-time out of the house, but I would be ok if you work from your bedroom 1 or 2 days a week.

A reasonably sized kitchen is fully equipped with direct access to a beautiful communal garden. I will happily share all the kitchenware with you, so you don't need to bring anything.

There is also a good-sized bathroom with a shower over a bath.

The flat is 15-20 mins walk from Brighton or Hove train stations and 7 mins from the seafront. The area has very cosy independent cafes and pubs.

A bit about me: I work as a counsellor and identify as quiet, tidy, and organized. I am very independent and respectful of others, but also friendly and pleasant. I have a healthy lifestyle, regularly go to the gym, and love cooking from scratch.

Bills are included.
