THE HOUSE: The shared areas include a stylish open plan shared Kitchen and Living Room fully equipped with all modern amenities, including widescreen TV, Range Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, 2 Washing Machines and Dryer. Outside there is a pleasant shared garden with patio, table & chairs, and secure bicycle storage.

LOCATION: 0.5 miles to Eastbourne Town Centre shops, bars, restaurants and cinema. 0.6 miles to Eastbourne Railway Station with rail links to Lewes, Brighton and London Victoria. 1.4 miles and good bus links to Eastbourne General Hospital and East Sussex College.

PARKING: Off-street parking is available for an additional monthly fee. There is also unrestricted on-street parking available in all surrounding streets.
