Hi everybody!
A large double room will be available from 1st of June in a nice well maintained house. The House located in a nice and silent neighborhood in Cambridge CB4 5-10 minutes walk from Aldi and bus stop and 10 minutes cycling from the centre. The house has 3 bathrooms with toilettes, a large garden, a big private car park on the driveway, fully equipped kitchen ( except dishwasher), a garage and a small house in the garden what we use as a playing or party room. The room is furnished but you can feel free to bring anything with yourself and we can change it.
All the current tenants are working full time. We are looking for someone to join our small community preferably for a lady.
The price is 750 pcm plus a month deposit! The price includes all the bills and the internet too.
Private landlord no agency fees.
